"Very good"
Overall stay was quite good and comfortable.l..stayed 4N/5D with family. Location is good in Paharganj as compared to Main Bazaar road which is quite noisy. Family Rooms were big and comfortable. Food is good. Customer service is good but slow.

Very good hotel. Staff are very cordial. Only 500 mtr from NDLS. Rooms are quite big. Food is also very good, but a little bit costly. Otherwise everything is ok. One can stay safely with family.

The hotel is quite near to the railway station. Although last leg of the journey was kinda hard as its a bit of walk in the street to reach the hotel, overall pretty easy to reach by.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building in hotel krishna deluxe and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Stepping through the lobby. I was immediately struck by the beautiful reception area and LOBBY light airly and very specious .. very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel was very professional,friendly and extremly helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us.. I enjoyed at this hotel. You all went above and beyond to ensure I was. Comfortable and we'll cared for throughout my time with you. Thank you, keep up the good work......

Firstly our flight arrive some 90 mins late at 4.30 am instead of 3.00am our Airport transfer was still eagerly awaiting us. Its also important to state that transfer is free if staying more than 3 days. Check-in was a breeze and took only 4 mins. Thought breakfast wasnt included in the room price, there was a menu with a wide choice at an affordable price. There was also the possibility of having lunch, dinner or even snacks with the option of room service at no extra cost. Three was a tour desk but we did not use. Our requests were always promptly attended to, be it fixing our TV, cleaning our room, replacing towels, toilet rolls, supplying bottles of water to even organising tuk- tuk transportation.

It was a very nice place. Loved the room size. A little bit of noise but it is Delhi. The staff and the management were good. The manager S. Kumar was a good help! Overall, the place was good and was happy to select it.
